These terms apply whenever you browse lyanglyang.com or place an order with LYANG LYANG ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products & Pricing

We try to keep product information, pricing, and stock levels accurate, but errors can happen — a listed price or stock count may occasionally be wrong. If we discover an error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you're free to cancel with a full refund if applicable.

Product colours may appear slightly different on your screen than in person, depending on your display.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm it once payment is verified (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, once the order is placed). We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or an error in price or product information.

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g. courier delays, force majeure). This doesn't limit any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
