Where We Ship

We currently ship across India only.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery to Northeast India and remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details (where available from our courier partner) are added to your order and visible from your Order History page.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is currently our primary payment method — please have the exact order amount ready for the courier at the time of delivery.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at rongmit18@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with our courier partner.
